Whether the slave trade have u in North America, South America, Caribbeans, you probably don't know your direct African lineage. It is not just the Africans of America who is without this knowledge. This needs to be addressed, as the disassociation of Africans in many cultures continue, Afro Latinos, Caribbeans, for instance has created a nationalism to their country and haven't the knowledge or choose not to associate with Africa. I can even say this of African Americans. Let's continue to be honest and note that Africans also have this mentality of Americans or have any knowledge of African Latinos.
